My services strictly consist of building furniture, cabinetry, and shutters. I do not do any type of onsite remodeling, construction, trim or paint work.

I have a professional workshop fully equipped with all of the necessary tools, machinery & supplies to produce and finish all of my products. Please keep in mind that when I provide an estimate the prices reflect custom built pieces and that I do not and cannot compete with large retail/outlet operations or even other craftsman. My work represents only the finest materials and hand craftsmanship with the utmost attention to detail in mind vs. mass produced furniture..

Though I build many types of custom cabinets, my specialty is focused on custom built furniture pieces and not necessarily conventional type kitchen cabinetry. I will however always consider requests for custom kitchen or bathroom cabinetry work depending upon current work load (though I often decline complete kitchen jobs due to the immense amount of time involved to build, finish & install them). My typical work load and waiting list can range from 1-6 months (at present). I try accommodate all requests within a reasonable amount of time.

What I can offer you:

• Custom Designs based on the customer's ideas or those from other sources such as stores, photos, magazines.

• Custom cabinetry for your kitchen, bath or home office is also offered.

• I also offer custom built interior shutters.  These are custom fitted to every window and are available in various styles and panel configurations. Due to fabrication time and finishing involved, production for multiple windows can take several weeks or months depending upon current work load so please keep this in mind when inquiring.  A quote is provided only after detailed measurements of all windows are considered and the customer is consulted as to style, panel configuration and finish desired as well as type of hardware (hinges, knobs, & catches). My work is very detailed and custom made for your home and there are very few suppliers offering such window treatments. • If you're looking to give your kitchen or bathroom a new look with new/different cabinet doors or drawer fronts I will be glad to provide these as well at a competitive rate (comparable to and often more affordable than other suppliers.

• Finishes are applied in a manner befitting of the piece. Period furniture deserves a period style finish. Country & Colonial pieces often receive high quality flat/satin paint. For those that prefer natural wood tones I offer various options including stain, oil finish, shellac, lacquer & varnish finishes which are either hand rubbed or sprayed on in multiple coats for the utmost beauty & durability. If preferred pieces are also distressed using techniques to age the appearance such as crackling weathering or glaze finishes making them perfectly at home in country, antique or period settings. 
  For naturally beautiful woods such as Cherry I prefer a natural looking clear finish as it would be a sin to apply stain to a wood which naturally darkens with age and has such a warm, rich color. 

• I also offer an extensive variety of hinges and hardware for all types of cabinets, doors and shutters that I build as well as specialized hardware for cabinet organization. I have a variety of sources for specialized and hard to find antique reproduction hardware and can generally find or match many styles.

• Free delivery and set up is available for most pieces in our local area or within reasonable travel distance. Shipping via Fed-X Freight or Overnite Transportation (A UPS Company) is also available for longer distances from my shop. In cases where shipping via a carrier is required freight is either prepaid or collect on delivery and is the customers responsibility over and above the product cost (custom crating is also addl.). Customers are also welcome to pick up their finished work at the shop.
